Every coin is paired with the S&P 500.
A Flisk coin launches on Pump.fun like any other, with one difference: its quote token is $SPYx, a tokenized S&P 500 tracker, instead of SOL. Buyers trade the coin against the index, and terminals and Jupiter route SOL into SPYx into the coin for them.
- a normal Pump.fun coin: same bonding curve, same terminals
- priced in SPYx, so its backing is the index itself
- graduates to PumpSwap like every other coin
a normal Pump.fun coin in every terminal. the only change is what it trades against.
Every trade adds to the reserve.
The creator of a Flisk coin on Pump.fun is not a wallet. It is a reserve account owned by the Flisk program. So the creator fee from every buy and every sell, on the curve and later on PumpSwap, is paid in SPYx into that reserve. Anyone can trigger the collection, and the money can only land in one place.
- creator fee in SPYx on every trade, buys and sells
- collected from Pump.fun's vaults by anyone, delivered only to the reserve
- keeps flowing after graduation to PumpSwap
example at a 1% creator fee. the creator on Pump.fun is the reserve account itself, so collected fees can only land there.
Burn your coins. Take your share.
Any holder can redeem at any time: burn some coins and receive the same share of the reserve in SPYx. Burn 1% of the supply, take 1% of the reserve. The math runs in raw units and rounds down, so the reserve never pays out more than it holds.
- your share = reserve × burned ÷ supply before the burn
- fees are collected in the same transaction, so the reserve is fresh
- burned coins are gone, everyone left holds a bigger slice
10M ÷ 1B supply = 1% of whatever the reserve holds
A floor you can read on chain.
Reserve divided by supply gives every coin a floor in SPYx. Coins still sitting in the curve and the pool count in the supply, so the number is conservative. Price and floor are both in SPYx, so there is no oracle anywhere: compare the two and you see how far above its backing the market is trading.
- floor per coin = reserve ÷ total supply
- price to floor shows the premium over the backing
- no oracle, no off-chain feed: both numbers live on chain
both numbers are in SPYx and both are on chain. curve and pool balances count in supply, so the floor is conservative.
Backing that grows two ways.
The reserve gets bigger with every trade, and every SPYx inside it follows the S&P 500. A busy coin piles up fees; a quiet coin still holds a piece of the index. Nothing leaves the reserve except through a burn.
- trading only ever adds SPYx to the reserve
- the index moves the dollar value of what is already there
- the only way out is a holder burning coins
illustration, not data. trading only ever adds SPYx; the index moves the dollar value of what is already inside.
Nobody holds the reserve. Not even us.
The reserve account has no private key. The Flisk program has exactly two instructions: create a reserve and redeem from it. There is no withdraw, no admin and no fee switch, so neither the creator nor Flisk can move the money. One honest caveat: Pump.fun's admin can reassign who receives future creator fees in a community takeover. What is already in the reserve stays there.
- the reserve is a program account: no private key, no multisig
- two instructions only: init_reserve and redeem
- no admin key and no fee switch inside the program
creator
- launches the coin
- picks the fee rate
- ✕ can't touch the reserve
flisk
- wrote the program
- no admin, no fee switch
- ✕ can't touch the reserve
any holder
- collects fees into it
- burns coins
- ✓ redeems their share
the reserve is a program account with no private key. pump.fun's admin can redirect future creator fees in a community takeover; what is already in the reserve stays.
Launch it like any Pump.fun coin.
One transaction from the creator's wallet: Flisk creates the reserve, then Pump.fun creates the coin with that reserve as the creator and SPYx as the quote token. From then on it is a normal Pump.fun coin, and its Flisk page shows the reserve, the floor and the redeem button.
- one transaction: init_reserve, then Pump.fun create_v2
- you pick the creator fee rate within Pump.fun's limits
- your own first buy needs SPYx in the wallet
Nothing new to trust, but one account.
Flisk sits on pieces that already run on Solana every day and adds one small program for the reserve.
| piece | what it does | status |
|---|---|---|
| Pump.fun | the bonding curve every Flisk coin launches on | live |
| PumpSwap | where the coin trades after graduation | live |
| Pump Fees | pays the creator fee, which for a Flisk coin is the reserve | live |
| SPYx by Backed | the S&P 500 token the coin is paired with and the reserve holds | live |
| Flisk program | creates the reserve and pays out redeems | soon |
Flisk has no admin, no withdraw instruction and takes no protocol fee. Its only job is to hold the reserve and pay it out to whoever burns.
Launch a coin with a reserve.
Same Pump.fun launch, one extra account. Your holders get a floor in the S&P 500 from the first trade, and nobody, including you, can take it away from them.
Already holding? Burn to redeem.
Open any Flisk coin, check the reserve and the floor, and burn to take your share in SPYx whenever you want. The docs walk through every number.
