The reserve
One account per coin. It only fills, and only burns can empty it.
Each Flisk coin has one reserve: a program address of the Flisk program and its SPYx token account. It is set as the coin's creator on Pump.fun, so creator fees are paid to it.
What can move SPYx in or out

Why the creator cannot take it
A creator fee can only go to the creator. Here the creator is an address with no private key, controlled only by the Flisk program, and the program has no instruction that sends SPYx anywhere except to someone who burns coins.
⚠ the honest limits
Pump.fun's admin can change a coin's creator in a community takeover, which redirects future fees. Backed, the SPYx issuer, can pause or freeze the token. Both are covered in Risks.
